After comparing several brands and reading loads of reviews online, I decided to go with OrthoStride from Pain Free Life UK.

I’ve tried a few insoles before but never really felt anything. These ones are different. After a few days, I noticed less pressure under my heel, especially in the morning. Excellent customer service and fast delivery.

I use it after work (I spend most of the day on my feet), and it really helps relieve the tension in my legs. It’s now part of my daily routine. I also use it after exercise, as recommended by my doctor.

I wear it mostly at home. It’s not something you feel instantly, but over time my toe feels less painful and less stiff. I used to feel quite self-conscious about my feet and my crooked toes, but I can see I’m making progress and that really makes me happy.
